Simply Australia editorial

Once again a big thank you to all who have written to us with articles, ideas and letters. We've already started on the next issue so do get any contributions in as soon as you can as it is already filling up.

In the lead up to Anzac Day next month with the sad posssibility of another war looming, we have two articles of interest for you - Chris Woodland's fascinating look at the usage of track and trail and Graham Seal's interesting article on Digger newspapers of the first world war.

Our thoughts are with some of our Australian readers who have struggled lately with bushfire and drought. As I write the rain is falling steadily and I hope this signals brighter times ahead.

Remember that you can access past copies of Simply Australia via the Archives. It may be timely to remind readers that the thoughts expressed by our contributors are theirs, as is copyright. Most contributors can be contacted via us.
